MBA candidate at Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School of Business, builder of RedSteer Capital, and a believer that great businesses are bought, built, and led with equal parts data and heart.
I grew up between cultures and careers — from actuarial science and investment banking tracks at UT Austin, to building and leading Latin America teams at GLG, to managing a $450M+ portfolio of selling partners at Amazon. The thread connecting it all: finding the levers that make businesses (and people) grow.
Today I'm at Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School of Business (MBA, Class of 2027 — STEM designated), concentrating in Strategy, AI in Business, and Healthcare Analytics on the Entrepreneurship track. I'm also the founder of RedSteer Capital, a search fund on a mission to acquire and operate one great business for the long haul.
Off the clock you'll find me on a soccer pitch, learning my fifth language, strumming a guitar badly enough to be endearing, or mentoring the next generation of first-gen professionals.

A search fund with one goal: acquire a great, enduring business and operate it with the care of an owner — not a flipper. Built on a decade of operating experience at Amazon and GLG, and an MBA's worth of strategy and AI tooling.
